As a musician, I have been trying to find all kinds of information on how I can promote Charlie and Heather to the USA and eventually, the world. Well, I recently attended the 2006 GMA Academy confrence in Nashville, TN. To make a long story short, one great way that some established independent Christian artists promote themselves is through Street Teams.

A Street Team is a group of fans from a certain area that will help promote our music, even before we arrive in that town. As a member of our Street Team you would help put posters up in highly visible areas, hand out flyers, invite friends and family to our concerts and to visit our website, and possibly host house concerts at your own home.
